Step 3: Prepare for Bidding
Legal documents can be downloaded prior to bidding and should be reviewed by your solicitor on your behalf.
Once you are happy and have made the bidder security payment, you’re ready to bid.
Step 4: The Auction
Our bidding panel allows you to place bids, get real time updates on current bid and the number of people involved.
Winning bidder pays deposit & we sign the Contract on your behalf.
