Allocated start and end time for each Lot and a careful vetting process of each bidder means it is a completely level playing field for everybody.
Speed
This is the fastest and most secure way to sell your property and is ideally suited for sellers who would like an immediate sale. From the signing of Contract and Deposit being paid the sale will complete within 28 days, on occasions completion times will be less than 28 days and this will be stated in the Contract in the legal pack. Sellers can have complete peace of mind that within 28 days of a successful sale of their property, the sale will complete and the funds will be transferred to your solicitor.
Security
On the fall of the digital hammer where a successful sale has been achieved, buyers and sellers are legally bound to complete the sale within the allocated completion period. Buyers at this point will pay a non-refundable 10% Deposit and sign an unconditional legally binding Contract immediately. The seller has the added security of being able to set the reserve price which the property will not be sold for any less than.

What MMoA offers is a hybrid of Private Treaty and Auction, giving you the best of both methods of sale. It allows for a quick and transparent buying and selling process with the added security that the sale will complete within a fixed but flexible timescale.
Buy with a mortgage
MMoA opens up the bidding process to buyers who require a mortgage. For sellers this means you have more competitive bidding on your property because the process is open to everybody including first time buyers. You are not restricted to cash ready buyers and investors only, like the Traditional Auction method. This method of sale is ideally suited to owner occupied properties and medium to high value properties.

A sale by MMoA will usually complete within 56 days of the Auction ending. As soon as the auction ends, buyers sign a reservation agreement which commits them to sign the contract to purchase the property and allows them time to obtain their offer of mortgage within a 28-day period. Once the contract is signed, a further 28-day period is allocated for completion to take place. Both buyer and seller can plan their home move with the added security of knowing that the sale will complete on the fixed completion date.
Security
Our digital bidding platform eliminates any chance of gazumping as every bidder can clearly see each bid submitted, how long is left to run on the auction and they will be notified if they have been out-bid. As soon as the auction ends, the winning bidder signs a reservation agreement and pays a non-refundable reservation fee, this commits the buyer to the purchase. The seller has the added security of being able to set the reserve price which the property will not be sold for any less than.
